“Worked like a charm for Thanksgiving today. Have to admit it took me three tries to get it right and eliminate the runs. All I can add is how important it is to low boil the cornstarch mixture for at least a minute after it comes to a boil and reheat after the eggs are incorporated until you notice a little resistance in your whisk.
