Reviewed Goan Beef Curry with Vinegar: Beef Vindaloo

Terriffic! Made this last night for a New Year's Eve dinner with butter chicken and traditional sides. The Goan Beef was the hit of the night. Everyone remarked the heat level was perfect. I did find the beef was a little tough after the recommended cooking time so I cooked it about 30 more minutes.
I would encourage anyone to try this dish...
