My Activity

Reviewed Crab Cakes with Lemon-Dill Sauce

" The recipe makes either four very large crab cakes or 8 smaller crab cakes. I like to make 8 smaller ones and then put the rest in the freezer, so I can have 4 meals out of it for my husband and me. (Just put the uncooked cakes in a freezer bag and get them out as needed. The dill sauce is very good too. I take the base sauce recipe and add roasted red peppers and hot sauce to make a second, savory sauce. Both sauces work great as a dipping sauce for shrimp or fish.
