Reviewed Gina's Hot and Spicy Tortilla Soup
"I make this soup all the time and it has a good level of heat, though I sometimes swap 2 serrano peppers if I want it extra spicy. I also use shredded rotisserie chicken, ro-tel tomatoes (more heat!), and green giant's small canned "mexicorn". I only wish the color came out a bit more red, but the flavor makes it wo"
Reviewed Spicy Parmesan Green Beans and Kale
"kale gets a little too wilted for me and there's too high a parmesan to veggie ratio. "
Reviewed Turkey Cutlets with Cranberry Orange Stuffing and Pan Gravy
"The 2 stars are for the cutlets and gravy, which I did enjoy and will make again. I wanted so much to like this, but the cranberry orange stuffing is just a bad idea. Reviewed Pappardelle with Ricotta: Pappardelle con Ricotta
"meh...I'm eating it because I'm starving. Perhaps some sundried tomatoes would give it some bite; the peppery arugula sort of gets lost in the herb salad, requiring much seasoning with salt and pepper. I wouldn't bother with this one.
