Reviewed Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter

"I am totally a beginner. I cooked the butter at medium heat until it turned brown. I removed it from the burner & waited a full minute. I then added the balsamic vinegar. The mixture started popping. I didn't know you couldn't put the vinegar in a hot pan & the recipe should point this out. I got hit by some of it. But that was nothing compared to actually having to clean all of it off MY KITCHEN CEILING. the butter & vinegar mixture was EVERYWHERE. i'm disappointed I never got to try out this great-sounding recipe, & even more disappointed that I spent over an hour having to scrub my kitchen of this mess.
