"These are really yummy! I like that here are so few ingredients. I made mini muffins and baked them for about 14 minutes. It made 31muffins. They are hard to resist. "
About Me
I live in Iowa and my best friend inspired me to learn how to cook in the '90s. I volunteered to be a kitchen-assistant in a culinary school in NYC, so that is how I learned how to cook. I love cooking and reading cookbooks and cooking mags. Would love more time to cook, but raising 2 small boys does not afford me too many culinary adventures.
Favorite Foods
My very favorite is Middle Eastern cuisine! Can't get enough of it... there isn't much to be had in the middle of Iowa, either
My least favorite is Indian food. Too spicy; I don't particularly like the spices prevalent in Indian cuisine.
Tiramisu is my favorite dessert but I have not attempted to make it... well, maybe once. Of course I love a good brownie.
