Completely agree with the other reviews. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Giada but this was super sour. I added 1/2 teaspoon of sugar which combined nicely with the hotness of the serrano. I like the idea of using one orange instead of a grapefruit.

Just made this recipe after watching the repeat today. UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS! Even my picky teenage son loved it. I always try to find new ways to get him to eat fish. This dressing on top of the grilled salmon was just the ticket! Thanks Bobby! YOU ROCK!
