SOOO GOOD! I've made this twice in one week. The 1st time, i stuck to the recipe with the exception of grating the zucchini -- DELICIOUS! The 2nd time, I used Lite Butter and added mushroom, both took away from the deliciousness that is this masterpiece!! Ina, you are THE BEST!!

Very Tasty! Took at least 15 minutes longer to set than recommended in the recipe. Skipped the glaze. It is hard to keep from eating it!

i had this entire bread pudding to consume by myself. I enjoyed it more each time I had it. Still didn't LOVE it, but the taste grew on me. Especially, when I flipped it over and toasted it to get rid of some of the moisture.

I am ONLY rating the meatballs, as I didn't have the mozzarella to make the entire dish. OUTSTANDING chicken meatball recipe! I added 3 cloves of chopped garlic, as garlic is a must in all dishes in our house :-) -- Thanks Giada!

I am a HUGE fan of Ina, and wanted so badly to find a new and exciting dessert . . . this was not it. I think the problem may be that I don't like bread pudding. Followed the recipe to a T. However, the bread wasn't set after 90 and even after another 15 minutes in the oven it was very mushy on the bottom. Couldn't get hubby to try more than one bite...

I prepared this exactly as Anne directed and it came out AMAZING! The "sauce" was thick and stuck to the ribs, the meat separated from the rib, but did not fall apart. I served it over spaetzle with a side of Parmesan Roasted Broccoli. DELICIOUS!!

So good, so easy! I made these on the grill. I put them together in foil packets, cooked them at 275 degrees for 1.5 hours while I made ribs on the other side of the grill. I added Rosemary and Chives to the mixture. 22 new potatoes for a crowd of 17, not a single piece left over!

awww, bummed out! Lots of prep, lots of ingredients -- too much spice. The Cayenne is too hot for my liking, and I agree with the reviewer that said the eggplant taste gets lost in the background.
