"WOW this is amazing!! I made a double batch, and just did 4 small loaf pans. SOOO good!! Don't skip the orange zest. It makes it! Also used the juice of the orange for the glaze. I will keep this one!"

"Made this for Thanksgiving this year. My daughter who is picky, said its the best yams I've ever made. I put the coconut and cashews on a pan and toasted them in the oven for about 10 mins before it put them on top tho. It was delicious!!"
