" recipe is very good i added the shrimp shell to my pasta water and minced 2 small onions for saute ,and added 1/2 to 1 cup of water from my water boil to saute to keep it moist cut out 1/2 of lemon so not over power the dish i use fresh grown parsley use a parsley sprig to make dish look appelling to the eye "
i have a outdoor wood burning spit that i have used for 30 plus years i am completely portable i have cooked for up too 2500 people at one time . i make all my recipes from scratch and have invented a lot of them from my old country up bring from my grand mom and dad growing up in ohio
