Reviewed Portobello Mushroom Lasagna
"I made this last night with a few additions. Added some chopped onion and minced garlic to the mushrooms, along with some thyme. Also followed another reviewer's advice and added grated gruyere along with the parmesan. We loved it and thought it was a "company worthy" dish."
