"This recipe was really delicious. Don't expect it to be a "traditional" Chicken Vesuvio but the twist of the beer can chicken idea combined with vesuvio ingredients is really a winner. Great dish for an outdoor friends and family bbq.

Favorite Foods
I would have to say that I enjoy Italian with my soul but I truly enjoy eating and cooking ALL types of food. Hooray for shellfish!! One of my favs.
