"This came out pretty good and not too lemoney or sour. I have added some snow peas and reduced the amount of pasta (used 1/2 lb instead of 3/4 lb of pasta) and added basil and it came out so good with a great crunch! I didn't marinate the shrimp here but sauteed crushed garlic and red pepper flakes, then added shrimp and seasoned it with s&p. When the shrimp was half way done with a nice crust on both sides, then I have added 1 lemon juice and zest. This way, the shrimp has nice crust and doesn't feel like steamed and I liked it better. My husband didn't like another recipe similar to this because it felt too sour with too much lemon, but loved this one! It's healthy and very delicious! Thanks, Melissa! :)"

I've used nonsweetened coconut flakes and I think that was perfect since sweetened flakes would have been too sweet for overall taste. Since I only have 1 madeleine pan, I had to bake 4-5 times so I better get another madeleine pan soon. Next time, I'm going to try with 1/2 amount of butter and 1/2 amount of canola oil and see if it still comes out nice. I saw Ellie Krieger do that substitution a lot in baking and I'll give that a try to reduce butter intake. Overall, very tasty and my kitty wants to eat it, too! "
