“The brine and the smoke on my turkey was off the chain ! Yep, it was moist and delicious. And the leftovers were better than cold smoked deli turkey.
Only thing... it took me 16 hours to smoke my 22 pounder, I don't know why it says 6 to 7 hours. I used an offset firebox texas smoker at 225 with plenty of water pans on the bottom....”
