Reviewed Pan Seared Rib Eye

I followed this recipe with a little variation. I substituted olive oil and I added a little bit of Dale's seasoning. It was really tasty, but it came out really rare. I ate it anyway, but I think the time needs to be adjusted one minute per side to achieve a perfect medium rare. Oh well, trial and error baby!! Will know next time:""
