Hi Stephen.Tracy. You reduce the sauce that is left in the pan after you have removed the chicken from the oven. So: 1) remove the whole thing from the oven after the 45 minutes; 2) transfer the chicken to a separate platter; 3) place the SAME pan (still full of sauce after removing the chicken) ON THE STOVETOP and reduce it. There is no sauce on...

This was a big hit at our house! I knew I would love it, but I was worried that my meat-loving husband wouldn't like it because it did seem like a lot of noodles & cheese without much sauce. For that reason, I added an extra 1/2 pound of meat. The second night, I mentioned that I might add more tomatoes to reheat the leftovers and hubby said it wa"

I was hesitant to try this recipe given the lack of reviews. We just happened to have a beef roast thawed when the show aired, so we used it for this chili. Since it was my first time making this dish, I followed the recipe as closely as possible. However, I used fresh broccoli and chardonnay simply because I didn't have snow peas or sherry on hand. I did not add any salt and we still found"

I just made half the recipe after seeing some reviewers had trouble melting the white chocolate, but I had no problems and the bark tastes great. I had Ghirardelli white chips on hand, put them in a pyrex bowl over a slowly simmering (not boiling) pot of water and stirred just until creamy. I say give it another try!
