Reviewed Almond Apricot Tart

This is the most wonderful tart. I use all butter puff pastry from Trader Joe's and I don't bother cutting a circle from the dough, I just use it square. The frangipane is delicious with peaches, pears plums or any other fresh fruit that strikes your fancy. A novice cook will really impress with this recipe. It's that easy...."

The best eggnog you will ever drink or serve! My husband makes this eggnog every Christmas as his contribution to the holiday feast. We drink it as dessert on Christmas night with a shot and 1/2 of Pyrat Rum...Yum, Yum, Yum.....You will never buy or serve that store bought stuff again....Thanks Alton ""

I am just going to pile on here with a great review. I made this for a Saturday art luncheon and all the ladies loved it. We agree it is not low cal, but your not eating the entire dish. I can see this as a great go to dish for a pot luck, or holiday buffet. Yum Yum Yum...""

Outstanding!

Who knew vegetable soup could be so wonderful. If you are looking low cal, the soup without the pistou is very good, but add Pistou and it is a whole new level. I served it to 6 ladies and all had 2nds. The Pistou is also really wonderful just spread on bread. 75 5 star reviews tells you something......."
