"I made this recipe with some leftover goat cheese I didn't know what to do with. It turned out wonderful! I didn't have any herbs De Provence, so I used a tablespoon of each: basil and thyme and then half a tablespoon of each oregano and rosemary, all dried. I also added in about a tablespoon of fresh sage. I also added in a few tablespoons of fontina cheese shredded. I baked it about 40 minutes the first time and the second time, I flipped it about halfway through and the total bake time was about 20 min. This recipe is fantastic! Thanks giada!
