Reviewed Quick-Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

super good though I added too much oil since I only had a lb of spinach. I also think the garlic should be added a bit sooner as I personally like it a bit more cooked. I think minced would be okay too. Finally, I added more lemon than it called (a whole halved lemon squeezed). Perhaps I didn't squeeze it enough :) This is really good and easy to "
