"I made this dish for St. Patrick's Day and it was a huge hit! I read the reviews and followed some of the advice of other posters. I went a little light on the cinnamon and used 4 pounds of potatoes instead of 2. I also added butter and milk to the mashed potatoes. I put the dish together two days prior and then baked it covered for 35 minutes""
