Reviewed grilled red chile-buttermilk brined chicken with spicy mango-honey glaze

DELICIOUS! Light, refreshing, excellent summer dish! I used boneless skinless chicken breast and only one type of chili powder and it was wonderful. I added shrimp for the last hour of marination. I served couldn't make the glaze, as I didn't have the ingredients, but made Ellie's Mango Salsa and served it over Basmati rice. YUM Thanks Bobby...

This is absolutely delicious! You can use any deli meat you like. I added turkey and bologna and it was a HUGE hit at the party. I used sliced baguette instead of the bread bowl and put out leaf lettuce for those who prefer a low carb version. It's also excellent the next day- flavors meld overnight and it's just yummy!"

Delicious delicious delicious! Just as is. I often have to 'tweak' recipes to make them more to my liking- the only thing I did to is what Bobby did on his show- I coated the potatoes with the aioli before grilling (instead of oil) and they were to die for! Had them with Emeril's Skirt Steak with Chimichurri.... outstanding meal!"

This is AMAZING! I added thick slices of red onion to the marinade and grilled them with the steak for a side dish. Also agree that 1/2 cup vinegar is plenty. Added a little honey to cut the tartness of the lemon/vinegar. Just outstanding! (Oh, and I paired it with Bobby Flay's grilled potatoes with lemon garlic aioli.... WOW)"

This is absolutely delicious! I didn't have chicken stock, so I used beef. I also used bacon instead of pancetta (store was out of pancetta). Although I LOVE pancetta, I would use bacon again because it was perfect. Had to broil the meat at the very end to brown the bacon. Also made a delicious gravy with the pan juices. Paired with redskin m"

I have been making homemade potato chips for years andthought they were good, but I never realized how much more CRISPY they could be! Soaking them in salt water really does the trick! I didn't make the sour cream and onion flavoring- just used Melting Pot's Garlic and Wine seasoning, but the chips were still absolutely fantastic! And still fr"

Again, Tyler, you're awesome! This is just amazing. I only had 1 hour to marinate, and the flavor was still incredible. I drained all of the fat off and then tossed the pulled pork with the delicious 'bits' in the bottom of the roasting pan. I do think I will cut back on the salt next time (and don't get me wrong, I love salt!). I purchased t"

This recipe has become a staple in my house. It is so so easy- frankly when you see the recipe, you can't begin to imagine that something so simple would produce such an amazing sauce! I double the recipe so I can freeze it (and it freezes very well!. Take your time cooking the guanciale and the onions, as a slow cook will yield better flavor. "
