"I put my rack over the bottom of my broiler pan. It fit just right. I didn't measure anything. Just sprinkled the brown sugar over the bacon and pepper on the slices. "I signed up to food network just to review these cookies. I have never made a Ginger cookie before but have made many different types of cookies. These cookies ARE GREAT. I rolled them in different kinds of colored sugar for Christmas.
