“My mom made this for me when I was a kid. She thought she was pretty hot stuff knowing how to make home made crepes (this was during the 70's). Armed with my Mom's Crepe Pan I set out to make this recipe. It is time consuming and if you start it two hours before people are showing up, you might feel a little stressed.

“I threw a dinner party and cooked this. I followed the directions for the beef and the Horseradish sauce and it came out perfect. Everyone raved about at the dinner. I was hoping for more leftovers for a couple of days where I could eat Beef Sandwiches but my guests at it all!”

“I made this for Thanksgiving and my friends are still going on about how this is by far the best Turkey they have ever had. If you follow the instructions (including the brine) you cannot go wrong.
