Good base recipe. We used red potatoes cooked Herbes De Provence style. We also used some beer to deglaze the pan after cooking the bacon and added broccoli, cauliflower and corn. Delish!

The family really liked this one. I did marinate the pork chops in the essence and some olive oil for an hour prior to cooking. Also added carrots and mushrooms to make more a stew (would have also added celery if I had any).
