Reviewed Carrot and Pineapple Cake
"This cake was absolutely perfect--by far, the best carrot cake I have ever had. I followed the recipe and added one thing: I put a layer of fresh diced pineapple on top of the frosting layer between the two cakes. When it came to decorating, I pressed coconut around the outside of the cake and I decorated around the top border with crushed walnuts"
