BEST TURKEY EVER!!!!! My boyfriend is still talking about it and it is weeks after Thanksgiving. It was so juicy and you could taste a hint of the citrus flavors and it didnt overpower. Be sure to use a thermometer though. The popper is usually not accurate and you will overcook the turkey if you depend on the popper. "

Great recipe and tasty without all the heavy cream! I used 2 Zucchini and 4 small potatoes to add some carbs. I boiled the potatoes first for 10 min until just tender but still firm and added them to the pan with the zucchini. Make sure you cut the zucchini and potato at the same size. Tasted great!"
