Reviewed Artichoke and Spinach Dip
"We all *LOVE* this dip and it is so easy to make. Having a New Orleans family, I automatically swapped the Monterey Jack for Pepper Jack which kicks it up a notch. I also add a couple shakes of Tony Chachere's, which I put on everything! Simple and good!
As for the people who complain about de-stemming the spinach, I buy baby spinach leaves and they aren't as woody. So I just give the leaves a rough chop and let 'em go in the pot.
