My Activity

Reviewed One Bowl Cocoa Brownies

"These are the best brownies I have ever made, and they didn't break the bank! For a fluffier brownie with that same buttery taste, I used 1 stick of butter and half a cup of vegetable oil. I also used only half a bag of chocolate chips. I will forever use this recipe!!! Thanks Food Network Kitchen!"

"This cake was delicious!!!!! I have never had coconut cake in my life, but saw Paula make it on Rachael Ray the other day and thought it looked good. Reviewed Butterflied Cuban Style Pork Chops

"This pork chop was by far one of the "BEST" pork chops I have ever had, and definitely the best I have ever made!!!!!! I used bone in chops that were about 1 pound each. They didn't have any smaller ones, but man were they juicy and flavorful as heck!"

Reviewed Raspberry Cream Cupcakes

"This recipe was so great that I had 3 people tell me I needed to go into the cupcake business! I did do something different, and that was only because I wanted a frosting I could pipe out of a pastry bag that would hold its shape for an extended period of time. It came out great. I made the cupcakes and frosting according to this recipe, then I made a cream cheese frosting and I folded the raspberry whipped cream frosting into it. Superb!!! "

Reviewed 5-Cheese Lasagne

"I can't understand why more people haven't made this recipe. This was my first time making lasagna. This recipe is easy to make and stretches really far. My only complaint is that there was not enough sauce. I made this recipe with a 28 oz. can of tomatoes and that wasn't nearly enough. I say this because I made it with that amount of sauce, and it came out good, but the next day, when i went to store and bought more sauce to pour over it. It was exceptional!!! Also, use the provolone sparingly. This is a very cheesy dish, but well worth with more sauce:)!!!

Reviewed Biscuits with Milk Gravy

"I have made this recipe many times. I've even made it vegetarian using vegan breakfast sausage! I always add sausage, onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the saute pan, and then add the flour to that. Its just the way I like my gravy:) If you want restaurant quality biscuits and gravy try this recipe.
