"The most important thing about this recipe is that it includes homemade chicken stock. This may not be a recipe for Monday night dinner after work and school and soccer practice etc... But, it is the Perfect recipe for Sunday when you wake up and it's too rainy or snowy to leave the house.. everyone has a stuffy nose and football is on All day. The house smells fantastic and it's the perfect amount of nutritious broth and fresh herbs and spices to clear any cold up ;) Delicious.. I added some cumin with the pulpy vegetables, and didn't change anything else except I did twice the amount. Takes time, but very easy to make and so worth it!
