Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket

Hold on to your hats. This is the first beef roast I ever tried and it was a grand slam. I used a store-bought dry rub and added brown sugar. I couldn't find a brisket so I used another cut of meat (I don't remember what it was called) and it was still great. It was 2 lbs rather than six but I still got 6 small sandwiches out of it.
