Aside from using dried thyme I followed this recipe to the letter & it was/is wonderful. I enjoy the hit of vinegar at the end. The salmon was perfect & I will use this method to cook salmon in the future.
Only complaint that the lentils will feed an army! Makes a lot more then 4 servings."
