Reviewed grilled sea scallop skewers with creamy hot pepper and garlic vinaigrette with toasted breadcrumbs

Apr 8, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Easy and tasty! I tossed the scallops in the breadcrumbs before grilling. They came out crispy , firm but not chewy. Also I used 1/2 a jalapeo and 2 baby bell peppers instead of cherry peppers ( that's what I had). I grilled asparagus and made brown rice. Sauce was AMAZING on everything! Even the 5 yr old twins didn't mind the spice. Really easy...

Reviewed heavenly creme filled cupcakes

These cupcakes are divine!!!! I doubled batter and filled cupcake liners to top, it made 48 cupcakes. I doubled ganache too but not the Creme, it made plenty. They don't expand that much when baked so they actually came out perfect. I also used a cupcake corer and cored the top rather than bottom. Creme is delicious! My kids and their friends at school...

Show stopper at Easter. Never made a pie before and it was actually quite simple, crust and all. The only thing i changed was adding a little bit less sugar than what it calls for. I did 1 1/4 rather than 1 1/2. I will be making this again very soon! loved it!!"

This is restaurant quality food! Amazingly simple too. I modified the recipe a little because of the price of clams. I did 2 dozen fresh clams and two cans of whole clams, also instead of the 1/2 cup water, i subbed 1/2 clam juice and added all the smashed garlic at once since i didn't have to cook two batches of fresh clams like Anne did in the...

oh my goodness!I was not expecting the flavors and intensity that these few ingredients could create together. My boyfriend, who only eats a little bit of spinach when i cook it, devoured most of the chard, saving me only a little! Definitely a keeper, so simple and delicious. ""

Reviewed Chicken Carbonara

Feb 12, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Very tasty and true to a carbonara sauce, don't leave out the lemon zest or walnuts, it adds a different dimension to this simple sauce. The only complaint was from my boyfriend who wished the sauce was more saucy, to fix that problem i recommend less noodles with the same sauce amount. Next time i would toss in a lot more basil, parsley and baco...

Sooo awesome! I didn't have time to make home made chicken stock so i used chicken bouillon stock. I made my meatballs very tiny and doubled the amount of stock, veggies and i added mushrooms and kale rather than spinach. Its a very simple recipe that is delicious and healthy. A keeper. oh and I used spinach and feta flavored sausage""

Reviewed Johnny Garlic's Cedar Plank Salmon

May 20, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe rocked! I thought cedar plank was going to be hard to find but it wasn't. If you like spicy food like me I would suggest adding one more jalapeno to give it a little kick. Also i cooked mine for 2 minutes longer and it was perfect. This salmon is flavorful, easy, and a great alternative to your everyday salmon receipes. "
