This is by far one of the best fish dishes I've ever made! So simple yet so classy with so much flavor! Store was out of halibut so i used Chiliean sea bass and piggy backed off other reviewers and made a simple caper sauce to drizzle over the top. I also made a parsnip/cauliflower puree and laid the fish on top. Everyone at my dinner party raved!!!!...

Easy and tasty! I tossed the scallops in the breadcrumbs before grilling. They came out crispy , firm but not chewy. Also I used 1/2 a jalape���o and 2 baby bell peppers instead of cherry peppers ( that's what I had). I grilled asparagus and made brown rice. Sauce was AMAZING on everything! Even the 5 yr old twins didn't mind the spice. Really easy...

These cupcakes are divine!!!! I doubled batter and filled cupcake liners to top, it made 48 cupcakes. I doubled ganache too but not the Creme, it made plenty. They don't expand that much when baked so they actually came out perfect. I also used a cupcake corer and cored the top rather than bottom. Creme is delicious! My kids and their friends at school...

Show stopper at Easter. Never made a pie before and it was actually quite simple, crust and all. The only thing i changed was adding a little bit less sugar than what it calls for. I did 1 1/4 rather than 1 1/2. I will be making this again very soon! loved it!!"

Sooo awesome! I didn't have time to make home made chicken stock so i used chicken bouillon stock. This recipe rocked! I thought cedar plank was going to be hard to find but it wasn't. If you like spicy food like me I would suggest adding one more jalapeno to give it a little kick. Also i cooked mine for 2 minutes longer and it was perfect. This salmon is flavorful, easy, and a great alternative to your everyday salmon receipes. "
