Great recipe. The only thing I altered was I substituted 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice for the Champagne vinegar since I find lemon goes better with fish as the acid than a vinegar flavour. Most recipes I have seen for Tartar sauce call for lemon juice, so I went that way with Ina's recipe and it was fantastic!""
