"These cookies were a hit. Oatmeal raisin is one of my favorites, and my mother in law happens to be gluten intolerant. She is not usually a fan of gluten free treats. She would rather skip dessert all together than eat a food that is trying to be something its not. I loved them. She loved them. My husband ate at least a dozen all by himself. They do seem to crumble a bit until they are cool, but no issues if you leave them on the sheet for a couple of minutes. I stored them in a zip top bag which kept them nice and moist.
