This is by far my favorite orzo salad I've tasted, and I love orzo salads. I also do not like feta cheese, but I went ahead and followed the recipe exactly and found out I have a new love for feta cheese. As a matter of fact I probably would not have liked this recipe as much without the feta. My husband LOVED it, and we literally ate the entir"

This recipe is the BOMB diggitity dong...All 3 of my kids, and husband LOVE it. Will make it for years to come. One thing I like to do to make it so much faster and easier is buy a rotisserie chicken and shred it and throw it. Plus it falls apart and spreads the chicken throughout instead and cubed pieces. This is a winner dish! My whole family loved it. It did take time to cook the meat, but in my opinion the actual preparing was no more than 7 minutes. The rest of the time the stove and my dutch oven did the work. As for the rolls they were simple and super easy. Not labor intense like the below comments. Like I said the meat took awhile bu...

One of my quick and easy don't have much time recipes. This is a wonderful dish. I have made it a hundred times, and altered it many times. Cranberries instead of cherries, Parmesan instead of ricotta, sunflowers seeds instead of pine nuts, and even added a bit of pure maple syrup to the dressing. Either way it's always delicious. P.S. I personally did not care for this recipe to much. It could have been that I did not use the shiitake mushrooms because I could not find them. I used baby bellas instead. I also did not put in the bell pepper and water chestnuts. I don't see how the bell pepper could have made that much of a difference, and as far as the water chestnuts I never...
