This is AWESOME! I saw it on an episode today and just KNEW I had to make it! I did not read reviews before I made it. I used 1lb beef 1lb breakfast sausage, and ~4lbs potatoes so I made just a smidge additional sauce. I really made sure the sauce tasted good with salt and pepper first because milk and flour have no flavor and I never salt potatoes...

Very very good. I HATE mayo potato salad and this was the perfect balance between the creamy mayo and harsh mustard flavors. I took all of the reviews in stride and only added 2/3 c peanut butter so the chocolate would shine out, 2 tsp vanilla so it wouldnt be sickly sweet, and 3 and 1/2 c quick oats.
