Reviewed Shepherd's Pie
"Very tasty! Pictures of my recipe on my blog (jessica-thebookcook) dot com. I was out of sugar (crazy I know) so I used brown sugar to caramelize the onions. I used a Yuenling light for the beer, and I used a mix of grated swiss and parmesan for the topping. I put my in individual ramakins, which was very cute! I added a little extra flour so it ""
Reviewed Orzo with Smokey Tomato Vinaigrette
"OUTSTANDING! I went on a quest for the smoked salt this morning - I too, found it at TJ Max HomeGoods. I served cold - so good and i'm glad I tried a new ingredient. I mixed grape and cherry tomatoes. You can see a picture of it (and what I made to go along with it) at my blog jessica-thebookcook (put the www before and dot com after).

"Very good! You can see a picture and my thoughts of the recipe at jessica-thebookcook (www and dot com after).
I only made a few minor changes. I caramelized the onions for 10 minutes on medium heat like you said, but then I continued to caramelize on low heat for 50 minutes instead of 20 (to make them REALLY good). I used reduced fat sour cre"
Reviewed Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
"If you are looking for a great cold summer pasta salad, this is the one for you. It is amazing and tastes even better if you let it sit overnight.
A few tips:
- Use Corkscrew shaped pasta (Mueller's makes it) - it is a great shape
- Make sure to only use half the box of pasta unless you plan on doubling all the ingredients
- Use a good quali"

Reviewed Soft Scrambled Eggs With Avocado
"These eggs were AWESOME! I used half & half instead of cream. I used the extra chives (for garnish) and whipped up some chive cream cheese to top my english muffin on the side. You can see pictures of my eggs at my blog on the world wide web

Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake
"Very original and tasty! DECADENT! Mine also looked like the picture and I followed the recipe exactly. The middle of mine was gooey like pudding even after leaving in the fridge for a few hours so here are a few recommendations: 1) cook for 35 minutes instead of 30 (put foil on the top at the end if browning too much 2) put in the freezer for a few hours before serving.

Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Wellington
"OUTSTANDING. This was the most delicious thing I have EVER made. The sauce is sensational.
You can see pictures of my Beef Wellington I made using this recipe at:
http://www.jessica-thebookcook.com/2010/10/little-bee-create-buzz-with-this-beef.html
I made the sauce and it was incredible, but 1/2 cup of green peppercorns was a little much for me. I would leave them out completely and just add some black pepper.
