My kids and I really liked this recipe. It was simple to make but I made a big mess with the oil splattering all over. I also should have pounded the chicken more to make it thinner. It took me more than 30 minutes to make but I will definitely make this again.""

I thought this dish was very good. The only thing I changed was making it with whole wheat pasta. I usually use pasta sauce to prepare dishes for my kids and we all thought this was very light and delicious. It was simple and I made it without the chicken 2 days later. I will be making this many more times in the future."
