Reviewed Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Spinach
"I love this style of potatoes, with a variation of sorts.
1 I added 1/2 panchetta with the garlic
2 I used 1 bag of fresh spinach instead of frozen
3 Increased garlic cloves to 8
4 Chop Garlic on plate, drizzle 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 tablespoon kosher salt and Italian seasoning. Then with a fork, press oil and seasonings together into the garlic "
