"This was SO GOOD! The only thing I did different was that I brined it using Alton Brown's Good Eats turkey brine. Instead of his spices, though I used the same spices that this one called for. "VERY GOOD APPETIZER! I left the chicken on the toothpick, left out the crackers, and just melted the cheese on top and it was so good! I used Ken's Steakhouse Honey Mustard and it went so well with it! I have made this appetizer twice and both times they disappeared SO FAST! Very easy and very delicious!"
