My Activity

Reviewed Oven-Roasted Turkey

"This was SO GOOD! The only thing I did different was that I brined it using Alton Brown's Good Eats turkey brine. Instead of his spices, though I used the same spices that this one called for. The flavors were all throughout the meat. It was so juicy and flavorful. I will be doing this again! Combining Alton Brown's method with The Neely's flavors""

Reviewed Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Bites

"VERY GOOD APPETIZER! I left the chicken on the toothpick, left out the crackers, and just melted the cheese on top and it was so good! I used Ken's Steakhouse Honey Mustard and it went so well with it! I have made this appetizer twice and both times they disappeared SO FAST! Very easy and very delicious!"

Reviewed Chicken and Mushroom Goulash with Gnocchi

"This recipe is delicious! I went with the suggestion to subistute the chicken and chicken stock with ground beef and beef stock and it was so good! I actually one a "One Pot Wonder" contest at my church with this dish! It is very hearty and rich! And SO easy to make!"
