Best Meatballs I ever made!! As others have noted it's important to just brown them and finish in the oven so they come out tender and juicy. I had to add a little more water because I used Progresso Italian Dried Breadcrumbs. Made a huge batch so I can use leftovers in Lasagna. Thanks Anne

I made this today WOW!! It took me a little longer than expected, but probably my fault I reduced 3 times and could have gotten away with 2. I did substitute sweet italian sausage for half of the beef (wanted that flavor) but followed the rest of the recipe. FANTASTIC!! Will be making again. Plenty of leftovers so Stuffed Peppers tomorrow"
