"I didn't find this salty at all. I actually added an extra 1/2 package of the ranch and the Italian dressing mixes. I also added a full bag of frozen pearl onions, 1 full bag of peeled baby carrots on the bottom of the crock pot, put the roast rubbed with the original 3 mixes on top of that, then surrounded the roast with baby red and white potat..."
