Reviewed Thanksgiving Leftovers Shepherd's Pie
"LOVED it! Great way to use leftovers!
I modified some -- no mushrooms or tomato paste. Used both chicken broth and turkey gravy. Probably had 3 cups of turkey. Used mixed frozen veggies and extra peas. I didn't have enough mashed potatoes, so I edged my pie plate with leftover sage dressing, and put the potatoes in the center. I had brined my turkey with a lemon-pepper brine, so that flavor mixed with these was just awesome!! :) Definitely will make again.
