Like others, I made this for Valentine's Day dinner and it was great. I found it pretty challenging to make. The key is to actually go as thin as it says. For those who either can't find or don't prefer Gruyere, I used sliced muenster for the 4th breast after running out of of the Gruyere and its mildness and texture make it a great substitute. It"

Very Good! I used ground turkey and put roasted garlic in the mashed potatoes. I did find that it took a bit longer to prepare so use this for a weekend or make-ahead. ""

This was awesome! I couldn't find soba noodles but linguini worked just fine. I skipped the snap peas and scallions for my crowd but nothing suffered. The leftovers are definitely getting some broccoli added for a new meal tomorrow. Will make again!"
