Reviewed Grilled Apple Brined Pork Chops
"I brined the pork for just over eight hours and made the grill seasoning myself from herbs and spices I had on hand. The chops came out very well seasoned and juicy and even got compliments from the picky eater in my house. I love recipes like this that taste great and can be made with ingredients that I normally keep around."
Reviewed Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
"I realized after mixing the other ingredients that I only had about 1/2 c olive oil. But when I mixed that in and tasted the results, it seemed like the perfect amount. This will be my go-to salad dressing from here on out!"
"We enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and quite tasty. I seasoned the pork chops with sage, salt, pepper, rosemary, a bit of chili powder and some minced garlic. Following the suggestions of other reviewers, I didn't wipe out my skillet after searing the chops and instead of adding oil, I deglazed the pan with wine before adding the apple"
Reviewed Lasagna with Turkey Sausage
"I loved the addition of the goat cheese to this lasagna and it was very easy to prepare, but both my boyfriend and I agreed that the turkey sausage just wasn't right for this dish. I'll probably try it again and modify the recipe, adding ground beef and mushrooms to the sauce rather than the sausage."
