Reviewed Whole-Wheat Spaghetti with Lemon, Basil, and Salmon
"Awesome! This is going on my go to list. I used chicken breasts, same treatment - salt & pepper then med-high heat to brown and a little lower to finish cooking. Also I added Parmesan cheese shavings on top. Used left over whole wheat penne pasta. Didn't have capers or spinach on hand, but would definitely use them. My husband loved it. I will also be using this recipe as my pre-race meal (carb & protein balanced)
