“I'm borderline on this too. I've never had much of a taste for whole-wheat pasta (too gritty, shame, but I love the fresh ingredients. I had to substitute the baby spinach for a baby spinach salad mix (baby spinach, baby greens, baby carrot slivers, etc. because my local grocery store had put baby spinach on sale and, naturally, it was out.
