My Activity

Reviewed Tiramisu

"Turned out delicious. One important thing is to know there are two types of ladyfingers: soft and spongy and one that is more crusty/cookie like on the outside. Use the latter. "

Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

"The best! A nice crunchy "crust" on the outside and the moistest inside. It's perfection! If you cut the recipe in half it makes 12 muffins. I bake the muffins for 20 minutes. About 140 calories a muffin. Not bad!"

Reviewed Orecchiette with Mixed Greens and Goat Cheese

"I was skeptical about how good it would be....seemed kinda "plain". But it was DELICIOUS! Made as written, everything came together to be so good. And I think, for a pasta meal, not too bad calorie wise!""

Reviewed Strawberry and Chocolate Jiggle-Fluff Pie

"I followed the recipe to a T and had no problem with how it turned out. It was really good....I love how all these "random" ingredients add up to a super good dessert, that is out of the ordinary. It was a bit involved to make, dirtying up many bowls and beaters, but not difficult. BTW, the term "crust" is used loosely here. It's not going to form""

It was a bit involved to make, dirtying up many bowls and beaters, but not difficult. BTW, the term "crust" is used loosely here. It's not going to form a true crust where you actually cut out servings. I mean, common sense would tell you that's not going to happen with just pretzels and butter.
