I made large portions for a family of 3 with some modifications. Just did smallish florets, zested about 1/2 a lemon and two cloves of VERY thinly sliced garlic. Little salt and tossed all in just a bit of olive oil. Roasted at 425 for 20 minutes while some salmon roasted at the same time. Sprinkled a little parmesan on it when it came out of the "
