Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Fontina Cheese Crostini

Outstanding, easy and fairly quick! The entire family loved it! I used bouillon cubes instead of broth (I was out), so I didn't add any salt. I also used bakery cracked wheat bread with Provolone cheese. Otherwise, followed the recipe to a T. This one's a keeper in our books!
